Common questions

FAQ

Do we have to replace our core system to use it?

No — the platform reads reference data and writes events back to your core via REST, SOAP, or file exchange. It is a digital channel on top, not a replacement. HL7 FHIR covers clinical data exchange with providers.

What journeys are covered out of the box?

Appointments and teleconsultation, lab tests, coverage and limit checks, refund applications with AI receipt extraction, benefits letters, family/dependents — across patient, provider, and insurer portals. All implemented and tested end to end.

How is it branded for our company?

Each portal is an independent, rebrandable React app: CSS variables for brand, i18n catalogs for language (PL and EN shipped, any locale pluggable). Patients see your insurer brand, not ours.

Which booking channels are supported?

Web, voice agent, WhatsApp, and chatbot share one booking engine and state — a patient can start on the phone and finish on the web without losing the appointment.
