Proof IT SIA (Baznīcas 19/23, Riga, LV-1010, Latvia) and Proof IT Lithuania UAB act as the data controllers for personal data processed through this website. You can reach us at proofit@proofit.digital.
We collect the information you provide directly and a limited set of technical data:
We use personal data to respond to enquiries, provide and improve our services, and meet legal and contractual obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Depending on the context, we rely on your consent, the performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in running our business, or compliance with a legal obligation.
We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf under appropriate safeguards. See our Subprocessors page for details.
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at proofit@proofit.digital.
By default this site sets only what is necessary for it to function (your theme and accessibility preferences, stored locally in your browser). Analytics and advertising tools — Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (site traffic measurement), the OpenAI Ads pixel, and the Reddit Ads pixel (advertising measurement) — are loaded only after you choose “Accept all” in the cookie banner. If you reject them or make no choice, these tools do not run and no data is sent to Google, OpenAI, or Reddit. Conversion events reported for advertising measurement do not include your name, contact details, company, or message contents. You can change your decision at any time via the “Manage cookies” link in the footer.
Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to proofit@proofit.digital.
